The Cheery Churro

They were super hot and fresh. The girl working there was super friendly and helpful. We got 6 churros in cinnamon sugar with Nutella dip. It was the perfect amount to share between two people. The churros were a little dense, but I think that's just the size of them. It is located in the Waverley Market, which is accessed from street level by going down the stairs to the station

Freshly made churros with a reasonable price. If you are planning to get some churros from the Christmas market, I would recommend coming here. Shop owner is very friendly and helpful with making decisions. Seats available here as well.

I've been here numerous times and the food is consistently delicious. The churros are cooked fresh until crispy and coated in the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar, and the sauces that come with it are fantastic. I'd also say that the price perfectly agrees with the quantity & quality of the food. The staff are also friendly, keen to offer samples of their selection of ice cream. I'm sure many like myself will ask in curiosity about the 'Black Hawaii' ice cream - it's absolutely worth trying, it's unique and super tasty. Overall the experience here is consistently pleasant, if you're in the food court and fancy a sweet treat I can recommend a visit.

my favourite desert place in Edinburgh :) the churros are always sugary and they are always served with the perfect amount of chocolate. There is lots of variety within the sauces and same with the sugars! Even the ice cream is amazing :) The staff are lovely and patient too which people don’t realise makes the whole experience a lot better! The perfect place to treat my friends

Cute shop in Waverly mall selling fresh churros with a variety of sauce and ice creams. Prices are great especially for the portions they give, 11 pounds for 15 nice long fresh churros and two sauces feels like a steal. Lady and guy at the counter were friendly and well managed. Not much seating in person, but they give everything in takeaway boxes so its alright. Can't comment on the drinks, but they show what coffee they're using that day on a little placard. They purchase from Machina, a local roaster. Not much else to say. If you want churros, come here! My only complaint is the Dulce De Leche didnt have such a rich flavor. If I had to get stuffed churros again, I'd go for Nutella or Biscoff.

Amazing customer service, stop of there for an occasional coffee and a wee ice cream treat on a hot day. Staff are always really nice and cheery. Used to chat loads to Jay before he left for 6 months. Served by him today for the first since he was back and not only did he remember my coffee order but my name too. If I could give 6 stars I would. Coffee was pretty damn good too
